Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Language and Governing Version
These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this document (if made available), the English version shall prevail in all respects. All correspondence, dispute resolution, and contractual matters between 80bd and the player shall be conducted in English.
2.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 80bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.

80bd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to complete age and identity verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. 80bd may also request verification documents at any time during the player's account lifecycle, including at the point of deposit, if unusual account activity is detected, or as part of a routine compliance review.

Account Registration

- Reopening a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded account without formal approval from 80bd.
- Allowing another person to use your account credentials to access or wager on the platform.
4.3 Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security of your 80bd login credentials. You must:

4.4 Account Ownership and Non-Transferability

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the same 80bd account, subject to KYC verification requirements. 80bd processes withdrawals as follows:
- bKash and Nagad: Under 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours.
- Rocket and Upay: Under 60 minutes for fully verified accounts.
- Bank Transfers: 2–24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
Withdrawal processing times stated above apply to accounts that have completed full KYC verification and have no active bonus wagering requirement outstanding. 80bd reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within a 30-day period, which may extend processing times.
5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions
80bd may delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:
- KYC verification has not been completed or documents submitted are under review.

5.5 Currency

6.2 Wagering Requirements
Each promotion published on 80bd will clearly state the applicable wagering requirement as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x). A 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of ৳20,000 on qualifying games before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — typical contribution rates are:
- Slots: 100% contribution unless otherwise stated.
- Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution.
- Sports Betting: 100% contribution on pre-match wagers at odds of 1.50 or greater.

- Providing false identity information, age, or documentation during registration or KYC verification.
- Opening or operating more than one account on the 80bd platform.

7.2 Technical Fair Use

The decision to void such wagers is final and not subject to appeal in the standard dispute resolution process.

9. Limitation of Liability
